Market Abuse Reporting

Market Abuse Regulation

NAB maintains this page to help meet its obligations in connection with European Union (EU) Regulation No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (as amended, the ‘EU Market Abuse Regulation’) and the EU Market Abuse Regulation as it forms part of United Kingdom domestic law by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 (‘UK MAR’). These requirements apply to NAB as it has debt securities admitted to trading on the Regulated Market of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange, and the Euro MTF Market of the Luxembourg Exchange.
